Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains:

Classes & Appointments
All single classes, private sessions, and class packages are non-refundable once booked. Clients may cancel or reschedule a class or appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a credit for future use. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Workshops, Retreats & Special Events
Refunds for workshops, retreats, and special events are available up to 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to planning, preparation, and space commitments. If Ash Yoga cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future offering.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships and subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges.
Digital Content
All digital products, including on-demand classes, programs, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances
