This 5 week series is a slow and steady experiential process to understanding your nervous system and learning through Yoga practice how to regulate and maintain homeostasis the natural balanced state of being.


Each week we will learn specific aspects of nervous system regulation and how to regulate in real time using your own body, breath and mind.


Come, learn and empower yourself with lifelong health and wellbeing practices.
